The Anniversary Gala 2008 (23 Nov 2008)

PART ONE

What a day!!! It was a fantastic night, NATurally....

Let's just cut to the chase and focus... the prelude and what-not can follow later.. hehe..

Did you guys at home hear our screams and whistles when Nat was introduced at the beginning of the show? (Atiqah did right?) Pity the cameras didn't pan to the gallery above... or you would have seen our BRAND NEW LED LIGHT BOARDS spelling N A T!!! It was super bright! And very nice! And of course it caught Nat's attention! He smiled and waved at us! Could see he was pleasantly surprised... and happy...    

I'm sure all of you at home watching Nat's Lindy Hop dance item enjoyed it! Us at the theatre were luckier.. since we were could just glue our eyes on Nat the whole performance through (Hmmm.. I didn't even really notice the other artistes in the same item.. except to vaguely note that Nat was the best!!! ok ok.. it's my own personal view..  )

His moves were the smoothest and he looked like he was thoroughly enjoying the dance through and through.. he made it look so effortless! Looked kinda cute in the Lindy Hop get-up too. heh.

After the show, we went to Radio Gate to wait for Nat.  There were many groups of fans waiting outside for different stars so we put our BRAND NEW LED LIGHT BOARDS (yes, you can tell I'm very proud of them) to good use.  So Nat can see where we are and COME TOWARDS THE LIGHT... hehe.

After what seemed like an eternity, Nat drove out and saw us. He got out of his car and said hello to all of us. Afterwhich was a happy flurry of activity with the NATurals taking photos with Nat... We also got a group photo with him! (Thanks to Audrey - getreal48 on our forum.)  Nat was patient and gracious the whole time through, even though he must be tired from all the rehearsals and performance. Could see some of our NATurals were estactic to have taken their photo with Nat.. Some other groups of fans also came over to meet Nat.

After the neverending photo requests, we waved Nat off....  till we meet him again.... FOR OUR NEXT EXCLUSIVE CHRISTMAS GATHERING!!!
